PSH ARC celebrates first anniversary
Perpetual Succour Hospital’s (PSH) Advanced Rehabcare and Sports Medicine Centre (ARC) marked its first anniversary last Jan. 25.
The celebration started with a Eucharistic mass followed by a simple treat for patients and their kin given by the management and staff on the next day.
ARC is a state-of-the-art medical specialty that provides integrated care including prevention and early recognition and treatment of various physical impairments, disabilities and handicaps.
It is one of the few rehabilitation centers that maintain an interdisciplinary, holistic and comprehensive approach to medical care.
Dr. Jeanne Flordelis said, “The team’s approach is critical in identifying and solving the problems associated with the patients’ handicaps by providing an aspect of care which can take patients a step further - physically, psychologically, socially, vocationally - thus complementing the care delivered by other physicians.”
For more information, one may call Ana Marie at 233-9314 or 233-8620 local 130.
