Speak out: Lost and found letter
By Invicto C. Alcantara

IN FAIRNESS to Philpost, my son in Quezon City received my airmailed, registered letter the day after I went to the Dalaguete Post Office to report its loss.

I would also like to express my appreciation to the lady postmaster who acted immediately on my complaint and wrote a follow-up letter to the post office concerned.

Still, it took at least 14 days for my letter to reach its destination. Anyway, thank you Philpost for delivering my letter. That saved me from spending a lot more if I had sent it through a courier.

Also, I would like to thank Sun.Star for publishing my complaint in its March 5, 2004 issue.
