Smart’s i-Con joins CCAP
I-CONTACTS Corp. (i-Con), the contact center subsidiary of wireless services provider Smart Communications Inc. , was recently formally admitted as a member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
Members of CCAP enjoy assistance in government coordination; potential site visits from prospective customers or investors; access to industry surveys and reports; information on foreign trade tours and conferences; and a comprehensive network of customer contact professionals in the Philippines.
i-Con provides companies with access to its customers via voice, fax, Internet and short messaging system (SMS) or text messages.
i-CON has been serving Smart’s call center requirements since 1994. It has four contact center facilities in Metro Manila and Cebu City.
Last year, it pioneered SMS Care, a text-based, customizable customer and employee relations management service for corporations, agencies and even individuals.
