Boardwalk motocross resumes April 25, May 1

THE Cebu Boardwalk Motocross Series resumes at the Mandaue North Reclamation Racing Circuit on April 25 and May 1 for legs two and three, respectively.

Organized by the F.F. Cruz and Co. Inc. (FFCCI), the Cebu Boardwalk Motocross Series this summer will see top national riders in eleven classes.

The series is co-presented by Shell Advance Motor Oils and sponsored by WG&A and Nature’s Spring.

Eric A. Cruz, executive vice president of FFCCI, says that the back-to-back motocross races this summer at the Mandaue Racing Circuit reflects the company’s zest in making the Cebu Boardwalk Motocross Series truly a national motocross race that is to be awaited yearly by riders, spectators and co-presentors.

The premier track at the Mandaue North Reclamation Racing Circuit is part of the attractions of the 40-hectare masterplanned Cebu Boardwalk – F.F. Cruz and Co. Inc.’s new commercial and leisure district at the North Reclamation Area.

The track is in a three-hectare facility that is envisaged as site for local and international motorcycle racing. As a venue that is dedicated to motocross, the track stands out as unique in the region.

Legs two and three this summer are also referred to as the Mandaue City National Motocross Championship.

The series’ maiden race last Jan. 11 drew thousands of visitors and was set as part of the Sinulog Festival activities.
