8T-sqm. development in Banawa for Convergys slated for turnover
ARCENAS Development Corp. (ADC) is now finishing work on an 8,000-square-meter lot located in Banawa for a call center company.
According to ADC project manager Boy Mondejar, the real estate developer has future developments of the same kind in the pipeline.
He told Sun.Star the building constructed by ADC on the lot will be used by Convergys call center.
Within the week, the property will be turned over to the call center operator, which will lease the property from Arcenas.
“They will be able to begin with the fit-out works for their operations within the week,” Mondejar said.
The area leased by Convergys is part of the 12,000-square-meter lot of the Arcenas estate in Banawa.
Mondejar said ADC will develop the remaining 4,000 square meters into spaces for support businesses to Convergys such as parking spaces, among others.
He also said ADC’s sister company Handumanan Realty Corp. will be developing a middle-end subdivision, Casa Rosita, within the Arcenas estate in Banawa, at the back of its high-end subdivision, Paseo San Ramon. (JBN)
