3Com presents firewall, routers in 6000 family
3COM held a product update presentation of its latest 3Com routers last week at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel.
Gilbert Virtucio, 3Com senior network consultant, said 3Com’s latest routers include the 3Com router 6000 family series, a firewall security product, and 3Com switches that have complete software suite and maximum memory router that also provides enterprise security requirements.
Easy access
He said the 3Com WAN router provides easy access to information. “This will allow corporations access to data from one place to the other,” he said.
“We provide warranty for the routers, and this is more than four times lower than the price of other IT equipment providers in the country,” he added.
3Com and Microware-house Inc., distributor of 3Com IT products in the country, also conducted a two-day technical training for the dealers in Cebu last Sept. 16-17. (Clara Mae Hortelano)
