Vista Grande subdivision opens second, third phases in Talisay

STA. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. (SLRDI) is now making the second and third phases of the Vista Grande Subdivision at the Twin Peaks available for sale.

The Class A subdivision, located in Candulawan, Talisay City, offers lots at an average size of 150 square meters, according to Gerardo Quintos, finance manager of SLRDI-Cebu.

The lots go for about P5,500 per square meter.

Buyers then put up their houses themselves, guided by policies set by the subdivision developer.

Vista Grande at the Twin Peaks is so named because it is adjacent to Pacific Heights, another SLRDI project. The two subdivisions are referred to as the twin peaks.

Vista Grande features a landscaped community, grand entrance gate, clubhouse, basketball court, open tennis courts and swimming pool.

A guardhouse and 24-hour security system ensure the safety of residents, Quintos said.

Sta. Lucia’s residential projects, which mostly cater to the middle- to high-end markets, include Residencia de Vistamar and Vista Grande in Talisay City, Greenville Heights in Consolacion, Greenwoods in Talamban and Glen Rose in Carcar.

Compostela

The company is currently working on the nine-hectare Summer Hills subdivision in Compostela.

Sta. Lucia is also set to launch next year a high-end residential project in Punta Engaño, Mactan.

Orchard Property Marketing Corp., located at the Sentinel Condominium on Archbishop Reyes Ave., Cebu City, is the marketing arm of SLRDI. (CTL)
