3 more felons slain
Marina Milagrosa mourns the death of her husband Henry who was gunned down yesterday in the busy and crowded Ponce Compound in Bry. Carreta, Cebu City. Henry Milagrosa was an apparent salvaging victim, the 11th fatality in a series of summary executions of suspected felons in the city. A 12th victim, Darwin Mabugat, was shot and killed hours later on Fourth St., Happy Valley, Banawa, in Bry. Guadalupe, Cebu City. (Sun.Star Cebu photo/Ruel Rosillo)
Three more men were killed within 10 hours yesterday, but police still failed to arrest any of those who attacked a total of 13 suspected felons in the past eight days in Cebu City.

Henry “Boy Tigre” Milagrosa, 38, died on the spot after a lone gunman on a blue motorcycle stopped in front of him and shot him thrice at 11:15 a.m. in Barangay Carreta.
