Housing target

DAVAO—The trade department said the Medium Term Development Plan targets the construction of 1,145,668 homes in the country from 2005-2010.

This is broken down into socialized housing (below P225,000), 780,191 units; low cost (P225,000 to P2 million), 362,699 units; medium (P2 million to P4 million), 1,667 units; and open housing (P4 to P5 million), 1,111 units. (Sunnex)
