Over 100 affordable townhouses to rise in Cordova: Climaco Realty
MORE affordable housing is now available to Cebuanos.
Climaco Realty & Development Corp. has come up with the Cordova Bay Townhomes, described by vice president-finance and general manager Gemma Khodaverdi as “economic housing.”
The development sits on 11,020 square meters of land, or just a little over a hectare. About 125 town-houses are set to rise there.
According to Khoda-verdi, the lots range in size from 48 to about 89 square meters.
All the housing units have a standard floor area of 55 square meters, but those who choose the bigger lots have the option to expand their homes “at their own expense.”
Some seven houses are now standing there.
The average price of a house and lot package at Cordova Bay Townhomes is P649,000. This is the promotional price.
Khodaverdi said financing options are available with the Pag-ibig Fund as well as with Climaco Realty. (CTL)
