A reward of P100,000 is being dangled for anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of East West bank robbery suspect Rey Torres, who was linked to at least two other robberies in Cebu last year.
Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña is ready to give this amount to solve the robbery that cost East West Bank on Archbishop Reyes Ave. close to P500,000.
