Pfizer wins 10 Anvil awards

The Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) has given Pfizer Philippines 10 Anvil Awards including the most coveted Grand Anvil during the 40th Anvil Awards ceremony held at the Mandarin Hotel recently.

The event’s guest of honor was Trade and Industry Secretary Juan B. Santos. Wow Philippines Biyahe Tayo! the domestic travel advocacy campaign of Bonamine, bagged the Grand Anvil, the top award chosen from the award of excellence winners.

Also winning an Excellence award was the Bactidol “Empowered Voice” direct marketing tool. Seven Anvil awards of Merit were given to Pfizer for the 50th anniversary program, Pfizer-DOH Heroes For Health Awards, “A Celebration of Life,” Pfizer’s 50th anniversary commemorative book, Workplace Wellness Program, Value eCard System, Innovate TV commercial and the Listerine PocketPak’s Launch Campaign entries.

The Anvil competition is conducted annually by the PRSP to give recognition to outstanding PR programs and tools designed or implemented in the past year and have clearly identified with the public interest and those that have long lasting impact and value.

Now on its 40th year, it is considered the “Oscars” of the PR industry.

Pfizer is a global, research-based healthcare company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets innovative medicine for humans and animals, and many of the world’s best-known consumer products.
