Sancase tennis clinic opens today
Former age-group tennis prodigies Monmon Muñoz, Ariel Logronio, and Cinco cousins Saias and Ariel headline the star-studded cast of training directors of the Sancase Tennis Clinic, which starts today at the Suncase Tennis Club in Mabolo, Cebu City.
The summer clinic’s first batch of students will be subjected to a complete training regimen starting today until April 30, from 8 a.m.-12 p.m., while the second batch of trainees is set for May 2-27.
Aspiring racket-wielders are expected to gain a tremendous edge from the clinic’s powerhouse cast of teachers.
Muñoz was a University of San Carlos (USC) stalwart in 2001 and 2002, when he embarked on a two-year reign of terror in the Cebu City Olympics, winning back-to-back titles.
Logronio was a former juggernaut in the Milo Tennis circuit in the late 90s, while the Cinco cousins are among the top tennis teachers in the region today.
Interested parties may contact Sancase at 232-4315 or Muñoz at 0920-9033205 and Logronio at 0927-5785978. (GCM)
