34 in Cebu pass exam for brokers
THE Department of Trade and Industry-Central Visayas Office (DTI-CVO) announced that a total of 379 examinees passed the real estate brokers examination administered by the DTI nationwide last Nov. 28.
This represents less than half of the 782 aspirants.
For the real estate appraisers licensure examination, around 57 examinees passed, or less than half of the 124 examinees.
In Cebu City, a total of 34 examinees passed the real estate brokers examination, representing 41.98 percent of 81 examinees.
Only two out of nine examinees passed the real estate licensure examination given in Cebu.
All the examinees may obtain their ratings at the DTI provincial offices.
The next real estate brokers examination in Cebu City will be on May 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Cebu Normal University.
