Biz group picks new set of officers

THE Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in its first board meeting with the new set of trustees last March 30, chose its new set of officers, who will serve for 2005-2006.

They are president Robert L. Go, vice president for finance and administrative division Roberto Gothong, VP for membership development division Ma. Teresa Chan, VP for external affairs and relations Teodoro B. Locson, and VP for business development and management division Clarito Fruelda.

The other officers are secretary Ma. Chonita R. Cejas, assistant secretary Carmel de Pio-Salvador, treasurer Prudencio Gesta, assistant treasurer Alice Queblatin and legal counsel Deolito Alvarez.

The CCCI is currently undertaking the ISO 9001 certification process to improve its services.
