Alyany wins in M. Lhuillier Cup
ALYANY and Unisport logged separate wins in the M. Lhuillier-Mabolo Summer Basketball Cup at the Mabolo Sports Complex Thursday night.
Alyany turned to the hot hands of Patrick Villarin and Dodong Ochavo to beat En-En Lechon, 83-73, in the Junior division, while Unisport banked on a high-scoring second quarter to beat Old Skull, 66-57, in Senior B.
Internet A dropped a scary 25-9 blitz in the final period to break from turn a 36-37 deficit and score a lopsided 61-46 win over Holy Name also in the Junior division, while Rebisco Bulilit plucked a scary 54-50 win over Sto. Niño Sindulan in the Midget division.
