Feria España in Cebu
Feria España (Spanish Fair) will stage two comprehensive wine seminars on July 2-3 at the Casino Español de Cebu as they celebrate the best of Spanish wines.
The fair intends to promote the rich variety of wines from all over Spain. International wine consultant and seminar author, Sherwin A. Lao, will personally conduct the “Wine Sensory Evaluation” and “Spanish Wine Appreciation.”
Participants will get to experience a workshop, much like what is done in wine schools across Europe and North America.
There are two main highlights in the “Wine Sensory Evaluation” seminar: the “nose exercise” involving 20 or more different wine aromas and the “taste exercise” where participants get a chance to drink a chosen wine in five ways.
