The Total Office Products & Services (T.O.P.S.) Show ‘05 - 3rd International Business IT, Audio & Visual Communications, Digital Printing, Graphic Design, Office Machines, Furniture, Products & Services Exhibition opens today at the Grand Convention Center of Cebu.
It will run until July 9. “T.O.P.S. Cebu will bring together the very best equipment and the latest technology available in the world today to ensure that the Philippines remains globally competitive at all times. Recent economic studies show that there is a great demand for the latest in office equipment, presentation facilities, graphic design and printing, data storage, in-house servicing and various types of technology that would enhance the overall productivity and efficiency of the modern office. This is what this exhibit is all about,” said Jing Lagandaon, deputy managing director of Global-Link Marketing & Management Services, the show’s organizer.
“Through the years, the show has undergone a massive transformation. Various international brands will participate in the trade event, making this the best ever put together for the industry. It caters to a specific market and serves as a perfect launching pad for new products and technologies. We have participated in the show over the last three years and it has reached new heights each time,” said Carlos Malibiran, president of Gakken Philippines Inc.
One of the event exhibitors is Digital Graphics Inc. through its Philippine exclusive distributor, Big Pix. It will showcase its entire range of products and services, highlighting the new Vistajet Series and its cutting plotter, an economical plotter for the sign-making specialist, racks, tent displays, light box, pop-up and banner stands.
Tops Cebu, which coincides with Manufacturing Technology Cebu and Woodmach Cebu, is expected to attract over 5,000 registered trade buyers from all over the Visayas and Mindanao.
“Our presence in Cebu has always been very rewarding. It allows our products to be known in the industry. We always use the show as our launching pad for products. This year is no exception; our booth will be loaded with new products at very reasonable prices,” said Mariano Ang, CEO of Microdata Systems & Management Inc., another exhibitor.
