Asia’s finest at Waterfront Mactan
This July, Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan (WAH&C) takes you to a feast for the senses that will surely thrill and delight your palate.
At Café Uno, your weekend dinner will never be as good as this as you indulge in a mouth-watering combination of the exotic and the familiar, bringing together the intense flavors and spices of Asia.
Today, July 9, be ready for a feast of flavor, color and aroma with Chinese spread like Peking Duck, Ginger Spareribs, dim sum items prepared especially for those who love Chinese cuisine.
Dinner on July 15 and 16 will be as hot as you can imagine with “Hot and Spicy India” featuring exotic-tasting curries, flavorful tandoori cooked meats and warm naan bread and rice.
The fourth weekend feast (July 22 and 23) will definitely make you say that nothing tastes better than our very own as the hotel brings in “Lasang Pinoy.”
July 29 and 30 welcomes “An Com,” a Vietnamese feast. Flavorful specialties come together in a sumptuous spread - rice noodle soup, rice vermicelli, delicious stir-fried dishes and spring rolls.
The weekend dinner feast is served at P675++ per person.
Sizzling pochero, afternoon snacksLet your night sizzle with the hotel’s specialty of the house – sizzling pochero – available for the whole month of July at Café Fortune.
Delicious portions of beef shanks in a special brown gravy and garnished with fresh vegetables are served in a sizzling platter.
Also, enjoy the best afternoon break this month at the Lobby Lounge with a variety of snacks.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, have a fill of the Cebuano’s favorite snack combo – puto at tsokolate. The tasty puto maya and rich native hot chocolate is served with a sliced mango for P80++ per order.
Featured every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are popular Chinese treats like pork and shrimp siomai at P60++ per order and pork siopao at P40++ per order.
