More house space at Molave slopes

Molave Highlands in Consolacion, Cebu, has engineered sloped lots that will allow owners to have additional house space.

Aboitizland assistant vice president for the construction management team Mandy Baria said a sloped lot in Molave Highlands has a slope of 45 degrees, which is deemed stable.

Steep slopes have angles of up to 60 or 70 degrees. Slopes of 45 degrees and lower are gentle slopes.

Sloped lots have a bigger area, at more than 200 square meters, than the average area in Molave Highlands, which is 150 square meters. (From PR)
