3rd batch of UV call center trainees graduate

The University of the Visayas (UV) Call Center Training Program distributed certificates to its third batch of successful trainees last June 23 at the UV Alumni office.

The 60-hour comprehensive, fast-track training course includes overview of call center operations, multi-cultural studies, advance communication, exceptional customer service relations and call center technology.

UV said the successful trainees will be endorsed by the university to the different call centers operating in Cebu.

“The UV CCTP has equipped me with knowledge I would need to survive in this line of work. These people have helped me land that call center job I’ve always wanted. It’s a great way to earn plus you get to build lasting friendships along the way,” trainee Dane Uykimpang, who now works for People Support said.

UV said the course is open to all graduates, undergraduates and working professionals. For more inquiries, one may call 254-0966 or email vpexternalaffairs@uv.edu.ph.
