Treat your feet at P50
WHAT better way to end an exhausting day than to feel your muscles relax and flexed by really good therapists. But does the idea of having to spend a hundred bucks for a foot spa service seem too much for the budget-conscious you?
“Absolutely not, as we want everybody to enjoy and relax even with just 50 bucks,” says spa owner Jun Bolivar, who runs the business with partner Jun Barretto.
Meaning “pressing” in Japanese, Tsubo Spa first started in October 2003 with only two rooms for massage and four chairs for foot massage services. But according to Bolivar, they now have seven rooms to cater to the needs of their clients, and more services to choose from.
Services
The spa offers facial and massage services such as Swedish, Shiatsu and Thai massage. It recently introduced stone massage, a service, which, according to Barretto, leaves one a relaxing effect that’s five times more than the usual massage.
“There’s definitely plenty of reasons why one should try our services. First, we have very affordable rates. And second, we have professionally trained well-experienced therapists and a Zen-inspired cozy atmosphere,” Barretto added.
