The International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu (Icaac) is offering a themed buffet every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as part of its restaurant lunch operations.

Icaac is the premiere culinary institution in Cebu and the lunch operations is part of its Two-Year Culinary Arts Chefs Programme where student chefs must prepare a different menu every week to be offered to its students and the public.
