Cebu Pacific offers special rates for Iccon delegates
Cebu Pacific Air has announced that special airline rates will be offered to the official delegates in the upcoming International Culinary Congress (Iccon) 2005, another Cebu Visitors and Convention Bureau (CVCB) event.
Iccon 2005 will be held on Sept. 22-23 at the Pacific Grand Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino (WCCHC).
Iccon project director Bernadette Jingco said in a press briefing that aside from special rates via Cebu Pacific, special room packages will also be offered by Waterfront Hotel, Golden Peak Hotel and Suites, and Richmond Plaza Hotel to the participants.
She emphasized that CVCB, which was founded by TOYM awardee Patrick Gregorio in July 2002, is convening Iccon to position Cebu as a hub for culinary experts.
It also aims to educate culinary experts and enthusiasts, foster interest in the food service industry, and position Cebu as a hub for culinary profession.
