SM Travellers’ Lounge: offering hassle-free stopover
Visitors from neighboring cities and provinces who come to SM City Cebu, whether for a short stopover or a day trip, may find their shopping experience worthwhile and hassle-free.
The fully-air-conditioned lounge welcomes travelers from all walks of life.
Friendly staff ensures the comfort and well-being of every traveler, starting at 6 a.m. when travelers arrive from their early morning trips. Luggage or backpacks, big and small, are accepted for storing at the Baggage Counter. While waiting for the mall to open, travelers may use clean rest rooms, take a shower or charge cell phone batteries.
Travelers may also opt to drink a cup of coffee, munch a few snacks at the snack stand or call loved ones and associates over the pay phones. Prepaid phone cards are available on sale, too. Fun memorabilia are up for a bargain at the souvenir kiosk for travelers who are on a quick stopover. Travelers may watch TV, listen to good music on pipe-in radio, or take a moment of rest in the lounging area while waiting for their next trip.
The SM Travellers’ Lounge is a postal station and ticketing office in one. It accepts mailing services for parcels and pouches, and it is a ticketing counter for major shipping lines, such as Aboitiz Transport System, Asian Marine Transport Corp., Carlos A. Gothong Lines Inc., Cokaliong Shipping Lines Inc., E.B. Aznar Shipping Corp., Ocean Fast Ferries Inc., Supercat Fast Ferry Corp., and Trans-Asia Shipping Lines.
Tickets are issued up to 6 p.m. while baggage may be claimed until 8:30 p.m.
The lounge is also ideal for drop-off and pickup points for travelers on the go.
Accessible to private transportation and taxi cabs, the SM Travellers’ Lounge is located at the lower ground floor, just a few steps outside the mall, near Entrance 3. For ticket bookings and other inquiries, one may call 232-0293.
