Feri drubs Seamen in BTBA Mayor’s Cup hoops
Showing no mercy on an undermanned foe, powerhouse First Engine Rebuilder Inc. (Feri) drubbed Seamen’s Hospital, 122-96, in the 2nd Barangay T. Padilla Basketball Association Mayor’s Cup doubleheader at the T. Padilla Sports Complex last Sunday.
Earlier, Blanche White got its first taste of victory without even breaking a sweat in its default win over RG Scrap, while Pare/Vicor posted a 102-98 win over Black McMill in the preliminary matches.
Led by Jun Acero, the Feri squad jumped to an early double-digit lead against Seamen’s Hospital, which played catch-up for the entire match.
