N-GAGE TUTORIAL. Are you using an N-Gage unit? If until now you find it difficult to download new games or play multi-player titles, go to the N-Gage Academy (see photo) at http://www.n-gage.com/academy.

The site is part of Nokia’s online campaign to teach mobile phone users how to download and share games. Users can also download free mini-games from the site and share it via Bluetooth with other users.

“The N-Gage Academy located only at N-Gage.com is our way of showing how easy it is to download games onto your Nokia mobile phone. Gamers can also send the mini-game to their friends by Bluetooth. The N-Gage Academy campaign shows everyone that mobile gaming is fun and that everyone can play. This is also something we want to do with our next generation of mobile gaming on Nokia smartphones - with fantastic gaming quality,” Nokia said in a press statement.

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS. Queen’s 1977 song We are the Champions was chosen as the favorite song of all time in an online voting sponsored by Sony Ericsson as part of its Walkman phone campaign.

“With votes being collected from countries as diverse as China, Brazil, Finland, Turkey and the Philippines, the poll really is a reflection of the worldwide appeal of great music,” the company said.

Those who voted in the poll got a chance to win a Sony Ericsson Walkman phone containing the top 100 songs chosen by around 700,000 voters.
