Amazing Amara!
By Mila C. Espina

“A master-planned community nestled by the sea and undulating hills accentuated by the eternal warmth of a century-old house.” Amara! Poetry in motion!

The entire Pacific Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City breathed out a scent of freshness and awed the guests with picturesque props accentuated by spectacular colors. The ethnic music set the tone. Junjet Primor outdid himself with a fantastic production number with the creative collections of Phillip Rodriquez in green and blue hues.

Thus, the centerstage was ready for the moving forces of Amara. Fernando Zobel de Ayala and some officers of the Cebu Holdings, Inc., namely, president Rene Almendras, Francis Monera, Tetta Baad and Ver de la Cerna and the Coastal Highlight Ventures bigwigs led by Consul Antonio Chiu and Jun Muntuerto, who led the ceremonial toast and happily announced, “Amara made it! 92% properties sold out, Thanks to you.” (We heard from reliable sources, that on Oct. 20, all were sold out!)

The Amara is a boost to countryside real estate in Cebu. The island, indeed, has promising natural resources to explore, and no one can do it better than the Ayalas. And with the partnership with the Coastal Highlight Ventures manned by tested investors, how can one fail? The Lighthouse itself is a tourism landmark, the big difference. The residential exodus to either the South or the North of Cebu is one step in solving congestion in the City.

Kudos to Amara!
