Using Juniper’s Intrusion Detection and Protection (IDP) System, with Nera Philippines as the local networking solutions provider, Globequest IDC becomes the first in the country to guarantee the complete protection of data transactions of its corporate clients.

Globequest IDC offers server hosting and co-location, LAN-based Internet, e-mail messaging, business continuity and recovery services and storage services, among others.

Proactive

With the technology, Globequest can prevent servers within the IDC from downtime and proactively block attacks at the slightest instance of threat, before it brings harm to its own network and the customers’ networks.

The system can also trace user activity from point-of-entry to point-of-exit, including its impact.

Since the IDP system is capable of preventing any attempt to compromise its critical servers and applications, Globequest clients are assured of safe business transactions in the Web, said Jesus C. Romero, Globequest head. (PR)
