POOR government services, disrespectful personnel, and confusing and tiresome processes in getting public documents will be checked and corrected through a monitoring system that development planners will implement before the end of March this year.

To anyone who’s ever had to wait ages for a public document or government transaction, this is welcome—albeit long overdue—news.
