Sales agents get SSS, PhilHealth from memorial park developer
Freelance sales agents get a slice of the cake and eat it too as Golden Haven Memorial Park gives them a chance to avail themselves of Social Security System (SSS) and Philhealth benefits.
SSS and Philhealth are part of the many incentives the agents enjoy in Golden Haven even if by definition, they are not part of the company’s list of regular employees. The company simply gives the agents enough money to pay for self-employed SSS and Philhealth memberships.
With these benefits, Golden Haven proves that selling memorial lots is now a more viable profession. Some people prefer to stick to regular employment rather than to explore selling as a profession, since they are afraid of losing the statutory benefits they enjoy as regular employees.
Now, even if they are not regular employees, they still enjoy the SSS and Philhealth benefits yet have the luxury of controlling their own time and increasing their income depending upon their performance in sales.
This move is highly appreciated among the senior agents who have been in the business for a long time, since this incentive was not offered before.
