HP contact center in KL gets award

The Hewlett-Packard (HP) Kuala Lumpur contact center was recently named best call center in the Asia Pacific region for 2005.

The award was given during the Regional Call Center Awards organized by the Contact Center Association of Singapore, the Hong Kong Call Center Association and the Customer Relationship Management and Contact Center Association of Malaysia.

The award validates the excellent service that HP offers its customers and partners, the firm said in a statement.

“This regional gold award tops the awards we’ve won this year. It is a testimony of the level of service and responsiveness we provide to our customers and partners. We will continue to raise the bar on that service quality,” said Patricia Liu, director of APJ volume direct and teleweb operations of HP.(PR)
