New houses rise in Cordova town
Climaco Realty and Development Corp. recently launched its 74-unit residential development project in Cordova, Cebu.
Gemma Khodaverdi, general manager of Clima-co Realty, said yesterday that Cordova Bay Homes has single detached, single attached, and townhomes models.
The three-bedroom single detached model has a lot area of 164 square meters and floor area of 69 square meters.
The two-bedroom single attached model has lot area of 96 square meters and floor area of 50 square meters.
The project’s two-bedroom townhomes model, on the other hand, has a lot area of 48 square meters and floor area of 59 square meters.
Competitive
“We are targeting the B and C market. Our price is very competitive,” Khodaverdi said.
“There’s nothing really in the Mactan area that is priced like ours right now. We give value for our clients’ money,” she added.
Cordova Bay Homes sits on an 11,020-square-meter property. (ALC)
