Hai Phong authentic Vietnamese cuisine opens
Hai Phong authentic Vietnamese cuisine which has been open since December, 2005, formally opened last Sunday in Crossroads, Banilad.
Owner Anthony Ballreich said that Hai Phong is the name of a Vietnamese modern city where he got the inspiration for this concept restaurant.
The restaurant’s interior features modern decors and lightning with truly Vietnamese ambiance.
Ballreich also owns authentic Thai cuisine restaurant chain, Krua Thai. He explained that the Vietnamese and Thai cuisines are somehow connected since the two countries, Vietnam and Thailand, are very near each other.
Hai Phong offers non-spicy foods with its menu made up more of noodles and fresh vegetables. It also serves the Top 20 foods from Krua Thai.
At Hai Phong, you can be assured of authentic Vietnamese cuisine with all the ingredients and supplies shipped from Vietnam. Also, a Thai chef who specializes in Vietnamese cuisine personally manages the kitchen.
“We use the right ingredients and we don’t settle for substitutes because we don’t want to sacrifice the quality of our food,” Ballreich said.
Hai Phong offers fine dining experience with good food, quality service and value for money.
