USC, USP dribblers log wins
The University of San Carlos Boys School continued its winning run as it beat the University of San Jose-Recoletos, 79-56, in the resumption of the BAP-Visayas/MLSDF 3rd ML Kwarta Padala Cup Aspirant division at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Gym in Punta Princesa.
The University of Southern Philippines also scored its second victory after handing Don Bosco College a 68-54 beating in the other game.
It was a close game in the opening quarter but USC started to tighten its guard as it outscored USJ-R, 16-10, to lead, 32-26, at the half.
