CCCI brings Cebu business month to e-services meet

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce Inc. (CCCI) took advantage of outsourcing conference in Manila to promote the Cebu Business Month.

The Cebu Business Month, to be celebrated in June, was promoted during the e-Services Philippines: 6th Outsourcing Conference and Exhibition held last week at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel Manila.

E-Services Philippines, the Asia’s premiere information technology and e-services Conference and Exhibition, is an annual event that provides organizations contemplating an outsour-cing relationship, investors and ancillary industries the opportunity to meet and build networks.

The CCCI introduced during the conference activities during the Cebu Business Month, particularly a three-day conference and exhibit dubbed Intourpreneur 2006, which carries the theme “Participating and Investing in Greater Cebu’s Twin-Win Industries.”

‘Intourpreneur’

Intourpreneur 2006 will be held from June 21 to 23 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino to promote investments in information and communication technology (ICT) and tourism.

The CCCI said tourism, ICT, local growth of entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises provide Cebu with competitive advantage.

The Intourpreneur 2006 will be undertaken in cooperation with the Computer Distributors and Dealer’s Association of the Philippines, which will also have a Computer Exhibit 2006 at SM City Cebu Trade Hall on June 22 to 24. (PR)
