Aboitizland begins work on first housing project in southern Cebu
Preparations are underway for Aboitizland Inc.’s next development project, which will be located in Lagtang, Talisay City.
“Preliminary architectural plans and perspectives have already been done and engineering works are currently being initiated.
We expect to present the project formally to the public by the second quarter of this year,” said Aboitizland vice president for marketing and customer experience Gladys Ceniza.
Dubbed Kishanta, this latest development will tout another first in community creation — the wellness concept. Kishanta will consist of lots with an average area of 200 square meters located on an elevated part of Lagtang.
The site of the property provides an environment of serenity and freshness that best enhance the residents’ state of spiritual and physical well-being, according to Aboitizland in a statement.
Wellness
It said details to support a state of wellness will be emphasized throughout the development plan. Aimed to stimulate all five senses, the details include meditation areas, chimes, aromatic trees, incense stands, flowing water and walking paths paved with volcanic rocks.
Kishanta will be an ideal getaway and home, conveniently located just 12 kilometers or 15 to 20 minutes away from Cebu City’s central business district, when passing through the South Coastal Road.
Kishanta will be Aboitiz-land’s first project in the south. The company’s most recent projects are Pristina North in Talamban, Cebu City and Molave HighLands in Consolacion, Cebu.
Both projects are fairing well in the market with customers responding positively to its specialized benefits.
Neighbors
Pristina North is an integrated community that enables vecinos (neighbor in Spanish, a term Aboitizland uses to refer to its customers) to enjoy living, working, shopping and playing in a walk-friendly place. Molave Highlands, on the other hand, inspires the highland life with fresh air and fun-filled amenities in a ready community.
Molave Highlands, which launched Phase three late last year, has a surging value appreciation track record of 110 percent since 2001. The first two phases were quickly sold out as many vecinos have already built houses.
All AboitizLand projects have met targeted development completion dates, adding to the sense of reliability of customers.
“With Kishanta, through its strategic location and innovative development concept of wellness, we hope to meet the same expectations from our customers on reliability and product excellence,” Ceniza said. (PR)
