Nominations for CSC Awards end March 31
Nominations for the 2006 Civil Service Awards will only be accepted until March 31.
Administered by the Civil Service Commission, the Awards program consists of the Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award for outstanding contribution or work performance of nationwide impact; the CSC Pagasa Award for work performance that directly benefits more than one department of the government; and the Dangal ng Bayan Award for exemplary conduct and ethical behavior.
Officials and employees in the career or non-career services of the government may qualify. Government teams/groups may be nominated to the Lingkod Bayan and Pagasa Awards.
A P100,000 cash prize and automatic promotion to the next higher position or its equivalent salary await the Lingkod Bayan and Dangal ng Bayan winners.
Pagasa awardees, on the other hand, will get P50,000 cash. Winners will also receive citations, gold-gilded medallions, trophies, and other incentives.
Any individual or organization may nominate candidates to the different award categories.
Nomination forms are available at the CSC-7 Regional and Field Offices.
