JFC CEO is Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist
Julie’s Franchise Corporationa (JFC) Chairman and CEO Roberto “Bobby” Gandionco was a finalist of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award held at the awards banquet at the Makati Shangrila Hotel on March 9.
The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award is a highly respected international award program that gives recognition to an exemplary entrepreneur who not only is innovative but passionate and visionary. It was launched by Ernst & Young in 1986, and has been held in 100 cities, spanning over 40 countries and continents. While the World Entrepreneur Of The Year was created in 2001, bringing together the Entrepreneur Of The Year winners from participating countries.
The award encourages entrepreneurs to aim for greater heights. Hence, it translates to creating more jobs, new products and even a new industry that helps in nation building.
Other award categories include the Socially Responsible Entrepreneur, Master Entrepreneur, Emerging Master Entrepreneur, Small Business Entrepreneur, Woman Entrepreneur, Innovation Entrepreneur, Tourism Entrepreneur and Young Entrepreneur.
The nomination itself is already a great honor and a morale booster for the employees, franchisees and business partners of JFC. It is a reflection of the company’s exemplary teamwork and a good reason for its customers to continue patronizing its products. Furthermore, it shows that JFC has not ceased to maintain the highest standard of entrepreneurial business practices.
