150 join SirLitz basketball camp
The SirLitz One-on-One Basketball Training Camp opened last Monday with over 150 kids at the Guadalupe Sports Complex.
Camp director Edsel Vallena said that despite the number of competitions around, parents still believed in the quality of his training.
“On my last count, we already reached 150 and I believe more are still coming because I still receive a lot of inquiries,” said the former head coach of Skygo Motorcycle Riders and the former Visayas trainer of the RP-Cebuana Lhuillier basketball team.
With the full backing given by camp sponsor Lito Gillamac, Vallena is intensifying his Korean brand of basketball, which makes his clinic different from the rest.
“I am really grateful for Sir Lito for his all-out support. The SirLitz One-on-One Basketball Training Camp continues to grow because of his help,” said Vallena.
Advanced
Some 90 participants, many of them as young as four-years-old, are enrolled in the the basic course, scheduled at 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Sixty are in the advanced training course, scheduled at 1-3 p.m.
The SirLitz One-on-One camp accepts late registrants until Friday.
Registration fee is P1,000 inclusive of a jersey and a basketball. (RCM)
