A POLICEMAN of the Minglanilla Police Station was arrested yesterday afternoon after four witnesses pointed to him as the gunman in the murder of Cebu City Bantay Dagat Commission project director Elpidio “Jojo” de la Victoria.

SPO1 Marcial Bacudo Ocampo, 43, was arrested in a police line up at 3:25 p.m. inside the CIDG 7 headquarters at Camp Sotero Cabahug in Gorordo Ave., Cebu City.
