Barrita: Culture of death

Di na mabitay ang labing minos 1,280 ka mga death convict nga nagtingkagol sa death row. Kay atol sa Easter Sunday, gipakubsan ni Presidente Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ang ilang silot ngadto sa life imprisonment.
