Online forum set for ICT summit
The Cebu Software Development Association (CebuSoft) is initiating an online focus group discussion (FGD) in preparation for the Second Cebu ICT Summit, which will be held on May 24 to 26.
CebuSoft executive director and summit workshop manager Virgilio Paralisan has invited stakeholders of the industry to participate in the FGD, which will culminate in a strategic planning workshop during the summit itself.
The online FGD will be based on the four pillars of the Silicon Valley Model.
The summit will bring together all information and communications technology (ICT) stakeholders in Cebu to ensure “that all the essential ingredients in transforming Cebu into an ICT hub” are in place, summit executive director Bonifacio Belen said earlier. (JBN)
