Beef Wich opens another outle
Beefwich opened its third outlet at Ayala Center Cebu’s Food Choices.
Proprietor Allan J. I. Lariot said mallgoers will now have a chance to sample the Italian ciabatta bread stuffed with beef, vegetable trimmings and Oriental sauce.
“I got hold of a shawarma machine and friends prodded me to get into that business. But I wanted to offer the market something new and so I tinkered with the machine and came up with my own beef sandwich,” said Lariot, who works as an International Exchange Bank manager.
Major malls became interested in his new product. He has had a dozen queries for franchising from interested entrepreneurs but chooses to put that on hold and concentrate on his three outlets, two of which are located at the Side Arcade GQS Plaza, Banilad, Cebu City and at the Northgen Compound in Talamban, Cebu City.
Aside from the beef variety, Beef Wich sells Tuna Version sandwich and salads (Potato Delight and Macaroni Special). (Vanessa Balbuena, UP Masscom intern)
