Gcash Ticketing at Trans Asia
Now a Trans Asia ticket is just a call and text away with the new Globe Gcash Ticketing. It’s the fast and easy way to get a ticket.
One can simply call Trans Asia Shipping Lines passage hotline 254-6491 to 98 or buy a ticket directly from the authorized outlet at 412-5700 and advise the Customer Service Representative (CSR) that he wants to book and pay using Gcash.
The CSR will send a “collect” text message to the customer’s cellphone and he will immediately receive a “collect” message about his payment and trip details. He can confirm his payment by entering his four-digit Gcash PIN.
The customer will receive a reference number if the transaction is successful. This reference number should be saved and presented to the vessel purser at the Trans Asia Pier 5 terminal booth together with a valid ID. This will allow the customer to claim his ticket on the day of his departure.
The service is initially available for outbound Cebu travel.
