Japanese firm uses digital imaging to guide clients

Japanese construction company Nakayama Technology Corp. (NTC) has taken advantage of information technology (IT) to provide value-added services to its clients.

According to a statement furnished to Sun.Star Cebu, NTC provides free digital preview services to capture the customer’s vision of the home or building, which will be built using NTC’s pre-fabricated wall panel system.

IT firm

The digital imaging will be conducted through the company’s IT service firm, Computer Graphics Center.

NTC manufactures high performance brick and granite insulated wall panels for Japan and other Asian markets. The company relocated its manufacturing plant in Japan to Davao three years ago.

The Computer Graphics Center is equipped with the latest technology in three dimensional (3D) engineering design.

Complete

“This is part of the company’s thrust to provide its clients with complete services from design to installation. Customers will be able to view the remarkable transition of their old house to a newly renovated home,” the company statement said.

The center can provide prospective customers a 3D modeling framework for both the interior and exterior walling of the house based on the floor plan and perspective design submitted by the client.

A simulated design of various panel colors and patterns can also be produced to suit the customer’s requirements.

The system can also produce design variations to give the client more choices. (JBN)
