Naga central school’s batch ‘81 to reunite
The Naga Central Elementary School batch 1981 is celebrating its Silver Anniversary Reunion on June 25 at Hidden Paradise Resort at Barangay Ilaya, San Fernando, Cebu with the theme “Reaching Our Goals Together. “
The reunion will start with an 8 a.m. mass at the St Francis of Assisi Parish Church in Poblacion, Naga with Rev. Fr. Trinidad Silva as main celebrant.
After the mass, the group will head to the mountain resort venue, which is a 15-minute drive away, for formal program and get-together.
Contributions
The affair is spearheaded by the steering committee, led by Joart Evalle, and is made possible by the contributions of the batch’s alumni who are now based in the US and in Europe.
One of the highlights of the reunion will be the roll call of the attendees, special citations to some alumni and inspirational messages from its teachers, like Pacita Herbias and Daniel Generale.
Games and raffle prizes are in store for this big day.
Each alumna is encouraged to bring along family members to increase the network of the batch.
Cathy Coloyan Lara and Shalimar Orlanes Walser from California, USA and Athens, Greece respectively, will be attend the reunion.
