Industry leaders at Cebu Food Expo

Cebu Food Expo 2006, the 7th International Exhibition on Food and Beverages, Packaging and Processing Technology, Bakery Equipments and Ingredients, Confectionery, Handling and Catering, Hospitality Industries, Franchising and Business Opportunities, which coincides with Cebu Goes Culinary, has received tremendous response from the industry’s leading suppliers.

Set to open today until Sunday at the Pacific Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino, the event is being presented by Great Food Solutions, the integrated food service division of San Miguel-Pure Foods.

At this three-day event, trade visitors will get to see over 200 companies displaying their products, technology and services, representing products and services from all over the world.

Nestle Philippines will also be at the show in full force by presenting its entire range of products that include Maggi, Milo, Nescafe, Nescafe Ice Vanilla, Nestea, Nestle Foodservice and Nestle Lemonade.

The other sponsors include 3 Kingdom Trading (Asuki Electronic Scales), Goodman Fielder International, and KLG International, Foodservice Division. Another major sponsor is Unilever Foodsolutions, one of the world’s leading global foodservice businesses that supplies to caterers, restaurateurs, major hotel and fast-food chains.

Cebu Food Expo 2006 is also supported by Jet Sales Corp., TW and Co. (La Germania), Werdenberg International Corp., and Euro-Swiss Food Inc.

Cebu Food Expo 2006 is co-organized with the Cebu Bakery Association Inc. and the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu.
