Speak out: Repair of barangay road

(This is an open letter to Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia)
I would like to air this sentiment on behalf of the constituents of Barangay Bahay, Sibonga town, specifically in Sitio Sac-sac and Sitio Kamingawan, who are suffering from the worsening condition of our road.
The Provincial Engineering Task Force scraped the road on April 12, 2004 after I sought assistance from Sun.Star columnist and radio commentator Bobby Nalzaro.
Unfortunately, because of the constant rain, the road is now dilapidated and needs immediate repair and improvement, including the construction of a drainage system to prevent damage.
Our barangay road is just a few meters away from the newly built Socor Asphalt Plant.
I therefore request your good office to include us in your Barangay Road Concreting Program.
