Ad printing firm launches online facility for orders, sales updates
TO accommodate and provide move convenience to its increasing number of customers, a graphic and advertising company has started using a financial software system that allows orders, sales update and inquiries online.
Graphic Star introduced the system during its 10th anniversary celebration, which was meant to show appreciation for its top 20 customers.
Jimmy Wu, chief executive officer of Graphic Star, said that the company can attribute its success in the past decade to its growing number of customers.
Customers
“Being first is nothing without our customers because you (customers) are our most expensive and extensive investment,” Wu said.
As such, Graphic Star is implementing an Oracle financial software, which allows customers to conduct order inquiries, sales update, on-line billing and immediately book and personalize orders using electronic transfer through PDA phones.
“We always strive for faster delivery and legendary customer service,” said Bruce Bollozos, sales executive head for Graphic Star. And with the company’s use of technology, “our customers are guaranteed to get their money’s worth,” he added.
Graphic Star, which now have over a thousand clients, has introduced many firsts in the graphic and advertising field. These products include, first electronic vinyl cutting, large format printing, large format C&C routing, large format laser engraving, laser cutting mechanic, C&C 3D mold making and digital off-set printing, to name a few.
The firm has branches in Mandaue City and SM City Cebu, it will soon operate in Bohol, and in the cities of Bacolod and Iloilo within the year.
The firm held a customer focus conference at the Laguna Garden Café last Friday to provide a venue for company officials to interact with clients. Among Graphic Star’s valued clients are Tsuneishi Industries, Gesalem Advertising, Jollibee Foods Inc., Norkis Trading Corp., Ginebra San Miguel and Boysen Paint. (Malou M.
